About Neurodivergent Works
Neurodivergent Works is the first UK trade publication dedicated to workplace neurodiversity.
The publication translates evidence, policy insight and lived experience into practical guidance that helps employers build workplaces where neurodivergent people can thrive.
Its focus is on implementation — providing evidence-based, operationally useful knowledge for HR professionals, DEI leaders and organisations designing modern workplaces.
Around one in seven people in the UK are estimated to be neurodivergent, including individuals who are autistic, have ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia or related neurological differences. These differences influence how people communicate, process information and approach work, but they do not determine professional capability.
Many workplaces, however, are not designed with cognitive diversity in mind or with reasonable adjustments in place under UK employment law, including obligations set out in the Equality Act 2010.
Neurodivergent Works exists to help close that gap by supporting the transition from awareness to implementation through informed HR practice and policy.
